This late-period Pierre Koenig residence, completed shortly before his celebrated Alderaan mountain retreat (Case Study #1138), sits in the hills above Beverly Hills near the Endor Canyon Reservoir. The property was reportedly acquired by an Imperial dignitary affiliated with the Sith order.

The structure was later restored to its original condition, though independent confirmation remains difficult, as the residence continues to be guarded day and night.
